MARKET POLICIES  

Here at YOUtopia, I pride myself on competitive pricing on natural health options, one of a kind natural and organic finds and fair shipping.  Please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns.

1:ORDERS

Items handmade in our shop can take from 1-2 business days to handle as everything is packed close to perfection, in house, by me.  Most items listed are in stock, unless specified custom, then custom orders will take from 3-5 business days to handle and pack.

If the occurrence arises that an order contains an out of stock item, you will receive a notification stating such.  The remainder of your order will process within the 1-2 business days. 

2:SHIPPING

We offer ONLY domestic shipping through USPS at this time. Most items are shipped First Class (2-4 days) shipping with Delivery Confirmation (tracking number), priority and priority express are also available upon request.

All items are packaged well with bubble wrap in a secure box or padded envelope. $50 minimum insurance is included as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. 

3:RETURNS

I gladly accept returns* and cancellations

For returns, you must contact me within 7 days after delivery.  Customer is responsible for return shipping and item must be shipped back within 14 days of original delivery.  Refund will be applied after item is received back to YOUtopia in same condition it left the shop, plus a restocking fee of 10%.  If there is an issue with the item AFTER delivery to you {ex: an item was damaged} you must take that up with the postal service with the $50 insurance included.

For a cancellation of an order, please request within 7 days of purchase.  Refund will be applied within 3-5 business days unless otherwise coordinated by your credit card company. 

* Custom items are non-returnable, non-refundable
